Thana City Golf with Potential to be Leading Golf Course in Asia
Bang Phli (Thailand) – January 12, 2017 (travelindex.com) – Thana City Golf & Sports Club commenced a major golf course enhancement in earlier 2015. The upgrade is completed in the fourth quarter of 2016. The enhancement covers most part of the golf course, from tee-offs, fairways, roughs, bunkers to greens.
The entire water drainage system is improved and new sand are filled in all bunkers plus new grass in several spots. The course’s total length is extended to 7,118 yards as a preparation for hosting world-class professional tournaments.
Moreover, the floodlight system had been installed for the last 3 holes of each side allowing our golfer to enjoy a full round of 18 or 9 holes golf experience in the afternoon.
Getting more luxurious look, the locker rooms are equipped with full amenities. In the meantime, the club’s international standard sports club is a real paradise for fitness fanatic, equipped with wide range of sport facilities, such as fitness, squash court, badminton court, tennis court, indoor futsal field, swimming pool and We Play zone for kids.

Thana City Golf & Sports Club (TCG&SC) is the only Greg Norman designed golf course in Thailand. Located just 25 minutes from downtown Bangkok at KM 14 Bangna-Trad Rd, the 18 hole golf course was built in 1993 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of BTS Groups Holdings.
